SUP Initiation Paddle Board

You are curious and want to try SUP. Our intro to paddle boarding courses will allow you to start with a good paddle!

Available in Morin-Heights or Other locations upon request and availability.

Option 1: Introduction to Paddle Technique

(2 Levels Available: Beginner Fundamentals or Advanced Technique, adapted to your skill level) A 2-hour session including:

  • 20–30 mins: On-land lesson & safety briefing

  • 90–100 mins: On-water exercises to improve your stroke, discover advanced techniques, try fun balance games, and explore nature.

Option 2: The Two-in-One!

Intro to SUP & Eco-Exploration A 3-hour session including:

  • 20–30 mins: On-land lesson & safety briefing

  • 150–160 mins: On-water exercises to perfect your technique, master advanced skills, enjoy balance games, and embark on a scenic lake exploration to deepen your new skills.

For 11 years, we have been THE reference for paddleboard instruction in the Laurentians. Today, we are thrilled to introduce a brand-new formula that merges high performance, technique, and pure fun on the water.
